I've been hosting this series of shows called Songwriters Unite!!! for many years now. It was an institution at my venue the Tractorgrease Cafe. What an amazing list of performers that shared the stage, stories and song with me.
Songwriter's Unite!!! is an entertaining showcase of 3 or 4 performers on the stage at the same time. Often referred to as a songwriter circle , the host Jeff Bonner engages the crowd and shares his admiration for the talent performing.

Kate Smyles is a singer-songwriter holding space for the soul's musings, weaving poetry and philosophy in melody. With a unique instrument made of cans, lovingly called a Canjo, Kate and her tin-can banjo create a jazzy sound that will be sure to leave an impression.
Melvin is a singer-songwriter living in Winlaw. She has sold two of her original compositions and continues work on the release of her debut album, Agnes. Her musical style varies from R&B, country, psychedelia and rock.
Jason Kleiss is a songwriter living in HillsThe Hidden in Hills frontman is Tom Waits meets a swingin’ Sublime groove.
